How to Solve the Problem of JAMB Withheld Results (2019/2020 UTME)

Now to those whose result were withheld, first you must have received the SMS below from JAMB.

 JAMB: Name of the Candidate. Your result withheld as multiple registration probability. Log into your profile immediately and carry out the instructions

The Message you will See When Log in to Your Profile

1. Your Birth certificate
2. Your WAEC/NECO certificate
3. Where you do not have your WAEC/NECO certificate, please provide Examination number.
4. Required Look alike information: Also load same information for your look alike or any person who may have used any fingers for your registration.

What Next After Uploading, What Next?
Dear Candidate, your result has been withheld due to what appears as multiple registration matched by face or fingerprint. You are therefore required to upload the following documents:

Logging into your JAMB profile, you can't do the scanning and uploading of the required documents by yourself or at a nearby cafe. You will have to go to any CBT centres, not necessary the one you used for the registration in the first place.

Go there with all the documents listed above and your JAMB profile code. They will scan and upload it for you.

JAMB officials will take couples of days to review your submission. Keep checking back your results online until JAMB releases it. Be clam as if your submission is accepted, your result will be eventfully released.
